Ulthera tightens the face, neck and other areas using ultrasound energy
After the initial consultation, we may suggest treating the whole face because the sagging of the jowl and upper neck area is actually a result of an overall loosening. So ‘shrink wrapping’ the whole face has a greater effect on the lower face and neck than if this area was treated in isolation.
Clinic. We are the only clinic in Geelong that has the Ulthera, which can be known as HIFU. Because of the visualisation on the screen, we can actually see the depth, exactly where we need to treat.
Here at RiverEnd, you will see one of the doctors to be assessed. At your initial consult, you can expect them to take a full medical history. They will then assess your skin, talk to you about what your concerns are, your expectations and then from there they will make a decision on what is the best way to treat you with the Ulthera.
So we can treat areas of jowls, neck, and eyes. But it is really one of those things that is best determined face to face so the doctor can check skin laxity, and also, once again, your medical history does play a very important part on how this treatment works for you and whether it would be right for you.

Although we generally treat the face as a whole, because of the way it is connected anatomically, we can target small areas such as lip lines, the eyebrow, or crows feet to soften some of the lines in these areas and minimise the use of anti-wrinkle treatments.
Ulthera can also tighten up the loosening and lines in the decolletage and stretched tummy skin after babies in some patients.

Face & Neck
The face and neck are treated together. This is what we call a non-surgical facelift that tightens the skin non-invasively and stimulates the production of new collagen with no downtime. It can also be used to keep building new collagen after a facelift.
Eyes
Ultherapy can be used to treat the delicate skin around and under the eyes and eyelids.
Brow Lift
Ultherapy can help with lifting heavy brows or eye hooding. This will be assessed at consultation to determine whether you are a suitable candidate or whether you will need surgery.
Décolletage
This non-invasively smooths wrinkles on the chest and stimulates the production of new collagen with no downtime.
Other Areas
Lip lines can be addressed with Ulthera and depending on the severity, a dental block may be required for this treatment.
