Loyalty Rewards

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent through our online shop.

Earn double points on your first online order.

Redeeming your points:

• • 200 points = $5 credit
  • 500 points = $20 credit
  • 1,000 points = $50 credit
  • 1,500 points = $100 credit

Points can only be earned and redeemed on online product purchases.

Products purchased in clinic don’t earn points.

Points can’t be redeemed on in-clinic products, treatments or services.

Processing Orders

We only ship within Australia

Free shipping for orders over $350

Flat shipping rate for all orders $10

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Deliveries can take an additional 1-7 business days to arrive. Times vary depending on your location.

In clinic pickup is available.  A text notification will be sent when product is ready for pickup

*These estimates do not take into account any disruptions such as public holidays or sale periods that may cause delays. Once your order leaves our clinic, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

• If you have any questions regarding payment options, please contact the clinic prior to your purchase

• Please note that reward points can only be redeemed on online product purchases and cannot be used on any in clinic treatments

Return Policies

No returns on change of mind purchases.

We encourage you to make well-informed decisions and ensure that any product you select is right for you.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please provide proof of purchase and keep it in its original packaging.

All returned products may be assessed by our team and, where applicable, the manufacturer before a refund or replacement is approved.

Please note: We accept returns only when less than 20% of the product has been used, unless the issue couldn’t have been reasonably identified earlier.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods or services fail to meet consumer guarantees.
